CanadaI ordered these slippers in a size down from my normal size. I am a women's size 12 and got the 9.5-10.5. They fit very well (but initially were snug). The last pair of polar snugs I had were my shoe size but after a while fell off all the time so I had to add elastic to use them. I did have some issues with my original order as was sent the wrong size. The replacement policy worked well and got this pair (a bit annoying to have to cover postage to send them back though when it wasn't my error).
