Shipping

Update: The Strike!

Good news! We ship via our fulfillment partner Chit Chats, so your Canadian-bound packages will keep moving, even during the strike. This service reaches 90% of Canadian addresses (excluding PO boxes and rural routes). If you're sending to an apartment, be sure to add a buzzer code in the second address line to ensure delivery.

Keep in mind that courier services across Canada are expecting higher-than-normal volumes, so minor delays may occur.

Where do you ship from? 

Your orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Chit Chats, in Richmond, BC. (They have multiple locations across Canada, and you can use them too!) 

Orders received before 2 pm will usually be shipped that day (if very busy, and your order is received close to the deadline, it may ship next business day.) Orders received on the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day. Please note that tracking may not go live for 24 hours and that for various reasons, you may experience delays with any shipping method that is out of the control of Polar Feet Ltd. 

Standard shipping is via Canada Post or Intelcom. If you need it faster, please get in touch by writing to customerservice@polarfeet.com and we can look at options together.

Package Protection

If you are concerned about the safety of your package, leave Package Protection ON at checkout and pay a small percentage of your order subtotal to protect your order. You may opt out by moving the little toggle to OFF. 

If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed. 

If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim. 

Please note that Package Protection does not cover instances where shipping information was incomplete or inaccurate. Also, Package Protection does not cover delayed shipments as shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. 

Important info: orders protected by Package Protection can only be replaced once. 

To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. 

If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.

How long to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on how far you are from Vancouver. It can take 2-3 days (within Vancouver or Metro area) to 10 days (the Maritimes or very rural areas.) Please understand that once the package has left our facility we are not your best source of information as to it's current location. Please check your tracking and contact the carrier if necessary.  Please ensure that you correctly enter your shipping address at checkout as we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses.
