Polar Feet socks are very warm and comfy! I have a medical condition that gives my feet pre-frostbite lesions every autumn/winter, so I have to wear heavy socks and fake Uggs inside my house. Polar Feet socks keep the frostbite away, and they are way more durable than wool socks. It took a few years of constant wear for my cow socks to develop thin spots in the heels. Polar Feet socks also look so cute and stylish when the sock cuffs show a couple of inches above the cuff of your boots. I have received many compliments on the Pink Martini socks when they peek out from my combat boots. I got my first pairs of Polar Feet socks from the Mountain Equipment Coop years ago, but when the Polar Feet website had a 30% off promotion for Black Friday this year, the price on the website was much lower than MEC's, so I ordered several pairs to share among me and my daughters, who are always pilfering my cow socks. The socks come wrapped in cute tissue paper, like a gift to yourself. I had a great customer service experience when a pair arrived that had a different colour of stitching than the photo depicted on the website. I contacted Polar Feet with the issue, and Lisa immediately sent me a pair with the correct colour of stitching, and offered to let me keep the first pair, too, no charge. When I opted to mail back the first pair, she refunded me the shipping cost. Polar Feet socks are a great value because they last so long, so don't hesitate to stock up on these. Highly recommended!
